Really Gel, care to site a single conviction of organized, approved torture?

Approved as in, this policy has gone up the chain of command, has
signatures, and does not violate the rules of land warfare.

But they are right.
That is where the US is supposed to be, given what the world now knows
about its policies.

Of course they will probably bully Canada into removing it.
Hopefully they are able to stand firm.
