I love the Naked Chef. And Alton Brown's "Good Eats." I'm not into the travel-and-food type shows ... I like the cooking shows.

H. what particularly isn't PC is when Emeril makes the food "happy" (and of course the audience loves it). Keep in mind that this isn't a Graham Kerr or a Julia Child, but a guy from a Portuguese blue-collar family who kinda walks the walk and talks the talk. I was surprised by the "chef week" on A&E Biography some months back (Graham, Julia, Wolfgang, Emeril) revealing what terribly dysfunctional families some of these folks grew up in and/or had as adults. BTW, I also enjoy the "Best Of" shows and the delightful young British guy on "Naked Chef", forget his name. -Ben > -----Original Message----- > From: Howard Owens [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Monday, March 18, 2002 8:07 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: Happy Monday Peoples! > > > Especially if you watch Emril.
