Yea, I hear ya. My handy little weather station this morning showed a 48 hour high of 42 degrees at the house. This morning's temp when I got up? - 19.8. I ain't shitting you.
I'm no doctor, but my 5 minute wait for the bus this AM most likely gave my entire face frostbite. It still hurts. Minneapolis weather is fantastic! I swear when we hit 42, my neighbor started uncovering his pool...
