Got ya beat. 42 yesterday, -8 this morning with -38 windchills. City buses were running late (ice storm last night). Madison schools closed. That NEVER happens. I think this is the second time in the entire time I've lived here. They said that you'd get frostbite in 10 minutes at those windchills. Brrrrrr. We're hunkered down this morning. The wind is supposed to slack off this afternoon.
