To be clear, I do take Armour for my thyroid. So I mix homeopathic with
allopathic in treating this. I'm not 100% against pharmaceuticals.

But when I hear a doctor prescribing high blood pressure medicine for a
patient (first diagnosis, mid-age, no other severe medical problems),
instead of taking a month by month approach and getting them to exercise
more, eat better, try a few supplements like garlic, and Omega-3, I go off
my rocker. MY pet peeve is that doctors and drug comapnies are so far up
each other's asses that it makes politicians and lawyers almost look like
angels.

Got high blood sugar in your late 30's to 50's but no family history of
diabetes? Are you overweight? Do you get any exercise? Instead of asking
LIFESTYLE questions the docotrs hand you these drugs that cost a fortune and
give you other problems. OR interfere with medicine they've ALREADY put you
on, that they haven't even considered!

It's BULLSH!T! Get a grip. Get out there and exercice. Choose the right
foods. Etc. TRY that way first. Give a patient an opportunity to fix
themselves before you bombard their body with chemical crap.

No it isn't for everyone and I am highly cognizant of that, but my god.
You've got one single life to live in your body AS IT IS, either treat it
well or don't complain when you're taking 12 different pills every day just
to get through life.

I may be blurring some lines here between homeopathic treatment and simple
living better, but I think you catch my drift.

Gah. Blah. Meh.
Going back to work.
