Bottom line is, they all have plans. Every past candidate has, every 
current candidate does, and every future candidate will. This is how 
they get elected, by having a plan and getting us to believe in that 
plan, you know, chicken in every pot, thousand points of light, 
surrender in Iraq, that kind stuff. Then when they are actually elected, 
we find out what their real agenda is, and when people call them on why 
they broke their promises to us, or why their plan is not being 
implemented or not working right, they will almost always say it is 
congress's fault, that they were not on board with my plan, etc...
