But if you reads through some of it he claims inequality in voting similar to the 50's. What is he talking about and what can a president do? He wants to overturn a Supreme Court decision, how can he do that? End deceptive voting practices? Again as president? Re-train criminals? Only on the Federal level is my guess. Changing Crack laws? I thought they just did that. Expand drug courts? Again sounds like states issues.
