Ok spoke to the nutritionist. She said first of some people call it bullshit
:)

But then  there are 2 approaches both of which dana already said.

The milkweed  thistle + herbs is a more long term slow cleansing of the
liver/gallbladder.

Then for short term drinking apple juice + epsom salt + olive oil + water
before bed and after waking up. She was paraphrasing becuase she didnt
remember the exact proportions off the top of her head.
but basically the oil and the salt and juice cause your galbladder to spasm
and expel all the junk. But she said if you want a longer term solution use
milkweed + herbs.
