Ok, aside from the fact that you have two gay dogs :) (had to!!)

It's a dominance issue, neutered dogs (I'm assuming they’re both
neutered)will hump as a sign of dominance. Once they sort this out they'll
quit doing it, then they'll start picking out curtains.
