Hmm..let me put it this way:

You're fooling people that may need actual medical help into thinking
drinking a glass of water is going to help cure them. People that have
high blood pressure, cancer, heart disease and all sorts of other
ailments then pay you for that specially packaged bottle of water.

If you don't have a problem with knowingly being a snake-oil salesman
then I guess there's nothing wrong with it.

You might also want to look into Noni Juice, I believe its by the same
company and is thought to do the same thing : Cure absolutely
everything.

For that matter, the real money is in developing a snake-oil product
yourself. Maybe you could come up with a Juice or something that you
can sell to developers to enhance their programming skills.
