exactly what we did....Funny thing about it, when our sales guy originally brought the breakout sheet to us, we asked why the rates were so high. He said they were just generic rates and when they ran the credit, they'd change.
So when the finance guy came to try to deal with us, we asked why the rates were still showing and he told us those were our rates. We showed him the copies of our credit from the 3 agencies and I said I wanted to just walk because I had really bad vibes about the deal. He replied by saying "Y'all are the ones who started yelling about finance rates". That made my wife livid......and you don't want to make my wife livid. :) Needless to say, she's been giving them some bad reviews on Edmunds.com and other sites :) and to think I drove a 100 mile round trip just to get a free bottle of water.
