I keep one of those too. Albeit sporadically these days. When I was in the
UK for a couple months back in 2005, I wrote about my every day. Didn't want
to forget a thing I did, saw or accomplished. I'm very fond of the 3 books I
filled up. It was great therapy. I look back on them sometimes and am amazed
at how far I've come in just a couple short years.

Someday, when I'm old and gray and sitting around with nothing better to do
than watch the butterflies in some nursing home, I'll have some great
memories to read about. :) If I can still see anyway. lol
