I keep one of those too. Albeit sporadically these days. When I was in the UK for a couple months back in 2005, I wrote about my every day. Didn't want to forget a thing I did, saw or accomplished. I'm very fond of the 3 books I filled up. It was great therapy. I look back on them sometimes and am amazed at how far I've come in just a couple short years.
