UGH, good luck man.

Any prior service is a pain in the balls.

I've gone so far as to be at a unit starting training only to find out
my contract was hosed and guess what, your not in the Army.

When I think of the amount of time and money I've spent doing this it
kills me. I have to go back again overnight Monday, miss two days out
of my civvie job, and still have to wait on a waiver (that they missed
last time) to come back.

Christ I wish I had it to do all over again, I never would have gotten
out the first time.

I'm 5-6 years behind my peers, even with all the high speed crap I've
done, because most of it was nation guard.

Oh hey, I know you were looking for career info, with your background
you should seriously consider CA. I have a good buddy, schoolhouse
scout sniper, ranger battalion, tabbed, did some jsoc hush hush stuff.
Messed up his knee or he'd be 18 series by now. He's going through CA
school now at the JFK school of special warfare and loves it.
