I have reached a pont with T-mobile where the $200 termination fee on
the aircard account is starting to look like a bargain. The question
is, what's my alternative? I kinda liked the Verizon card I had
through my last work but I don't know how the pricing is -- was hoping
somoene here knows off the top of their head.

DSL well may be an option but it took Qwest three months to get a
phone hooked up at the last house, and I wound up cancelling the
account because you couldn't hold a conversation on the line let alone
make an internet connection. I am not sure whether the new
neighborhood will be worse or better. It's further up the mountain (we
hear coyotes at night) but perhaps the CO will not be as crowded,
which was the problem last time as I understand it.

Cable is a crapshoot in a city right? Really depends on the neighbors?

I am thinking aircard for the laptop, just because I do do a lot of
work when not at home or work, but am interested in anyone's
suggestions.

Dana
