I've thought this for years. I think that any cable system that has music channels should have added this feature long ago. It's like found money for them - the fruit is hanging so low that it's practically waiting in a large basket at the base of the tree on this one. They already have your billing information and a way to bill you for these purchases. Most even have a pay-per-view billing infrastructure that's virtually identical.
