Nope, not the same at all. In the protocols you have a forgery of events that were supposed to have happened. No reliable witnesses, no proof backing up the story and a murky trail to who actually wrote it and why. In the video you have actual video of events. We can see who said what, where and when. We know who created it and to a large extent why. Yes, the scenes are arraigned to prove a point but none of the scenes are forged or manipulated. These are actual clerics, government officials and others calling for death, destruction and submission to their rule.
