I've been dealing with this years... it warbles from almost cute to nearly psychosis-inducing. "jdavis" is pretty common... it's worse at the office. I'm "jdavis"... but there are 17 other "jdavis#" accounts and I get ALL of their mail. There are actually four people named "James Davis" at my company, plus your assorted "Jason", "Jill", "Jack", "John", etc. It got really bad and in a moment of sheer stupidity I set up an auto-reply saying, essentially, "Are you sure I'm the one you want?" All that did was dramatically increase the amount of spam I get. Better to just grin and bear it.
