I was going to hold off on buying a PS3 or 360 until this fall anyway. I am
waiting for Fallout 3.

However, I recently upgraded my PC. Since then, I have been able to play
Oblivion, the Orange box, and Bioshock. If Fallout 3 runs on my PC, I will
probably wait even longer for the dust to settle. I see no need to rush
into a decision, especially considering the info from the post, but
everyday, it seems like the PS3 makes a little more headway.

As for other systems, I have a Wii and my family loves it. I really don't
play it much (except for GHIII). Although it doesn't have the horsepower of
its competitors, it seems to be a market juggernaut. Out of curiosity, I
always look to see if they are in stock when I go into a retail store. I
finally found one at Toys R us a month ago (I've had mine since Feb 07). It
took almost a year and a half for me to see one in a retail store. Pretty
incredible run. Nintendo might be ready to launch its next console by the
time it's competitors catch up.
