What makes you think he is even thinking of that? He could simply be just carrying out HIS country's policies of supporting those who attack their enemies.

I was pointing out that Iraq has been content to pay 10k . now all of a sudden they've upped it to 25k. Saddam knows we are keeping an eye on him and considering military action, and that Isreal is going to get really tired of this crap really soon.
