No... a GREAT cartoon.  ;^)

They've gotta start coming out with well-organized (by season) Blu-Rays of the 
classic Cartoon Network shows.  "Dexter" and "Samuri Jack" were both works of 
art.

Nearly all of the editing is for language (Deborah talks like a sailor in the 
original)... American TV rarely cuts violence, but it would be a shame to let 
people hear an F-Bomb at 10pm.

There has been some, brief, nudity (mostly in the second season) and some clear 
sexual inferences.  For being a show about a serial killer there's been 
remarkably little blood (well... except for one watershed moment in the first 
season, but I won't spoil it).

In general (and this is my take only) there's really been no gratuitous use 
of... anything.  I do think that the uncut version is better - it's how it was 
meant to be viewed and any sanitzing alters the characters in my opinion.

But even edited I think it's still a great show.
