I don't have a problem with the wheel itself (the hardware) but I wish the
software handled it better.  Specifically I wish they'd add acceleration to
the scan-in-file: no matter how fast you move that thing you scan at the
same speed (slow).  Moving through large files (PodCasts or Audio Books) is
PAINFULLY slow.

Mine doesn't do that... I start where I left off (as long as I don't let the
battery die) - I just checked.  It's been off all weekend but I turned it on
to the point I stopped it at.  Maybe a firmware difference?  I've got the 4
Gig e260 with version 01.0218A.
