Even if it is true.... I cannot for a second believe that this is even
remotely the status quo, if this kid wasn't shooting Iraqis, he'd be
shooting drug store clerks in his hometown. He's a psychopath and needs to
be put away.

Why not wonder why the pentagon hasn't denied it?

I did a google search and couldn't find boo from them.  I would
certainly think if there's any hint of BS in this that the Pentagon's
Office of Perception Management would be all over this guy.

So it's curious why the guy, who was in the Marines, hasn't been
charged.  That is, the military would have to try him, but they have
neither charged him nor denied his claims.

At a minimum the burden of proof is on him, he's presented his case,
and the defense (The Pentagon) has nothing to say.  That I can find
anyway.
