Oh noes! That's a bummer.

Torture was bad enough, and from a former P.O.W. no less?!?! I'm stumped.

How did this stuff even begin to look like a good idea?

I wonder if he supports "exploring" "American-made energy" too? I say
we hold our reserves until we've used everyone else's (and paid
through the nose, too!). Really I hope we get off oil so much, and
move to the cooler stuff, like space thingies or nuclear whatnots.
But I hate the spin. Why not just say "I want to drill in Alaska"?

The "sweeping theories of executive authority" are really what bug me
the most about Bush2... there's a reason we've got checks and
balances, and they've pushed the "limit" so far I think they went over
the line, legally even, but surely too far to maintain balance.

"Give us all the power, we'll keep you safe."

My god! Do we really need more warrant-less whatnots?!?! Why even
bother with a legal system, and all that crap we've worked so hard on
for so many years?

These bastards actually say, that even "after the search" warrants,
are too much work for them to keep up with?!?!?

That's it. Bag it, we're done here.

Might as well start calling ourselves something else, so at least
/history/ has "American" as standing for something. Liberty and all
that crap.

oh, yeah, but we're "still better than X". yup. Woohoo.
Good for you, fscking rationalizers.

=] It *is* a beautiful Monday. We got that going for us, at least. [=
