Yeah, it's not possible for everyone to just snap their fingers and just up and move. It's still free will that got you there though... I choose to live in urban areas and avoid suburbs. In Atlanta they've started selling Smarts (http://www.smartusa.com). They get ~40 mpg and you can park them basically anywhere. Plus they looks kinda interesting. When I was in San Diego a few weeks ago I saw them to sale there too.
