Well, the new job is going smoothly for me (yay) and they're looking
to me for a lot of technology assistance, much more than any
programming as of right now. I've already sold them on the idea of
using CF8 for web projects and .NET for disk based (I get to do/lead
both) on the concept of shared libraries.

Now they're asking me to get preliminary pricing... for a complete server room.

The owners have decided that they love the idea of having a
glass-enclosed room that they can show clients and say, "all of your
data lives there." They have asked me for the needs of a server room
and the costs associated. I've given them my list:
1. Dedicated power circuit with a generator backup.
2. Dedicated climate control to keep the room at 65-70 deg F, 40% humidity.
3. Monitored dry fire suppression system.
4. Raised flooring.
5. Secured access using keypad, keyfob or biometric measures.

Now I need to find rough pricing. Anyone have any suggestions on
where to look? I'm specifically not including servers, wiring or
demark point relocation (which would be needed), rack hardware or
other elements as the cost of the room needs to be determined first,
then we'll worry about what goes into it.

Thanks!
Hatton
