It's all on the interweb. I was surprised at how little stuff costs
these days, last I looked... wow. Amazing, really.
It's all done by the numbers, for the most part, as far as
guesstimates. How much X do you need? How much Y? Do you want it to
have Z? And then there you go. :-)
Seriously tho, I'd worry about construction costs as well as server
costs... hasn't concrete been a real bitch lately?
Just make up a really high number, and they'll be stoked when you can
come in way under it. :)p
