I wouldn't really call it predatory lending so much as a stupid person who makes a stupid decision.
Yes i could have seen myself falling for it in my past because having credit was great you could spend now without thinking about tomorrow. I think this predatory lending has taught a lot of people a very valuable lesson. You must learn self control. :) And i am going to use this great housing market to buy a house at the end of the yea becuase i waited years for the market to crash and thankfully it has. Do i feel bad for people who are goign to lose their houses yes. It's a shitty situation but signing a contract for an ARM or uber high rates without thinking is your own fault. Who's fault is it that i have ballys hounding me for 3 years becuase i didn't read their contract?? It's my fault.
