All good points, but this really isn't about someone signing something
they don't understand - which 90% of borrowers do.  This is about
lenders (which I mistyped in my last response) who violated risk rules
and gave sweetheart to-good-to-be-true deals to risky individuals.

BUT THE INDIVIDUALS STILL TOOK THE RISK!
