Neah - just presenting information in a factual, non slanted fashion.
You could say that the Government "Banned Solar in the US", and spend
time defending that statement, but I doubt that the uninformed would
make a valid assumption based on that wording.

Yeah - I wonder how many environmental studies oil drilling requires.
I also wonder where oil would be today if this process of rigorous
environmental impact studies was undertaken when the oil industry was
in it's infancy like solar is now.

It's really crappy timing, and I'm not saying Big Oil had nothing to
do with it, but there is a certain amount of wisdom in looking at
environmental impact.  Particularly since there are already a million
acres worth of project that are still moving forward.
