The point though is that this does not work expect possibly on a limited
individual basis. What if you just built your dream house in Santa Fe and
they start drilling next door? That has happened. What if you're a Navaho
and you live where the last six or eight generations of your family have
lived? This happens too.

So why should the onus be on the people to leave if someone starts emitting
noxious fumes in their vicinity?
