"Adobe announced on Tuesday that pages inside Flash-based sites will be indexed in search sites such as Yahoo! and Google. Until now, content residing inside Flash pages using the .SWF file format has been largely invisible to search engines, but Adobe has provided Google and Yahoo! with new software that allows them to crawl and index this content. Adobe reps expressed hope that the new searchability will make the decision to use Flash easier for designers of rich Internet applications.
