Exactly.  Robert, remember a little bit ago when I asked the
following?  You still haven't answered that:

(1.) Detail the mission of our troops in Iraq (not the vision!  The mission.)

(2.) Detail the milestones and the timeline to complete for each milestone.

(3.) Show those milestones which are complete, those in progress and
their status, and those yet to be started.

(4.) Tell me the metrics you're using to measure progress against each
milestone and give a to-date value for each.

(5.) Finally, based on the progress against those milestones, tell me
the status of the final deliverable based on your pre-defined metrics.

That ^^^^^^^ would show progress objectively.  So all you've got to do
to answer Maureen's question is answer each one.  Easy!  Have at it!
