For me, I have not found a decent aluminum griddle, and i hate the
non-stick.

Our family is always on the lookout for used cast iron electric skillets.

Junk stores usually have one or two to choose from.

The old ones with a big surface, a good grease hole, and a heating element
that will last 100 years are the best.
