perhaps in time. The issues are still there and still manifest with
fairly young people; only way to overcome them is to keep on keeping
on :) I was stuck by something John Lewis said in an interview the
other day. (He is a civil rights activist who was present for the I
have a dream speech.) Someone asked if he had thought at the time that
a black man could be nominated for president and he said no. They just
wanted to get a hamburger, he said, and a seat on the bus. Maybe elect
a black mayor or two.

Me, I just want to feed the dog and pay the rent. Maybe see about
helping somebody else get day care; I am out of all that now thank
god.
