mmm fer sure, but what do you know when you KNOW what's going on is illegal but people are thumbing their nose at you, hmm? It's not a matter of people not knowing their rights always. In my life their have been all sorts of times when I have just rolled my eyes and moved on because I did not have the bandwidth to educate some neanderthal. But some people are just begging to be litigated against -- see my comments about the landlord in the other thread and be aware that *he* is suing *me.*
