Frankly they're all at fault. The ex brother in law for obvious reasons. Then because there was not quite enough evidence to get him out of the State Police, she abuses her power as governor and tried to get him fired. When that doesn't work because the Commissioner of the State Police insists on following the law (big surprise there), she uses her gubernatorial power to get the State Police Commisssioner fired. Now the republicans are touting her as anti-corruption? Sounds like the same sort of anti-corruption attitude that led to the recent DA firings.
