Always seen it.
Most foreign nationals do too.

That's why they were railing against the amount of control that the US
had over INTERNIC etc just a few short years ago.
And its also why the US fought to retain that control.

You have to realise though that most, the majority, of Americans don't
think about these things. Most of them really don't care.

This is what I take away whenever there is some major issue in the
Tech industry, you see Canadians practically revolting, writing
letters to their representatives in a flurry...you see politicians
having to back down and do about turns on Copyright law changes. These
same laws sail through the US with just a few specific organisations
objecting.The general public, even the techny subset of this public,
remains silent.
