That reminds me of Iraq. About 2-3 times a month, for _years_, you hear about one of our jets blowing up a missile or radar site. Why? Because Iraq targetted our planes. What I don't get is - even if Iraq has no chance in hell of knocking down our planes, why don't we consider this an act of war? If you point a very small gun at me, my life is still in danger.
