It's like a Livornaise without the anchovies.

1 Shallot
tbsp Capers
2 tbsp Green olives w/pimentos  or black chopped
handful Mushrooms
1 pepper - any type
1 cup Demi-Glace - or brown gravy
1/4 cup Marinara
1/2 cup White wine
2 tspish Rubbed sage

Sautee chicken til just about done, remove from pan. Add shallots
capers and olives. Cook a little. Add white wine, reduce. Add
demi-glace, marinara simmer a but add sage s&p. Pour over chicken
