I am, but we don't haven't had the means to do it in a very long time. We have the best military in the world, but sending our troops to find one man is like swatting a fly with a pile driver. Our intelligence apparatus has been in shambles since the late 70's (Thank you President Ford and Aldrich Ames). This should've been handled surgically drop in the needed teams take him out and pull them back out.
