It might actually burn so quickly that it forms a void between the body and the electrodes, thereby opening the circuit and foiling the execution. Spectacular, yes, but also worthy of serious lawsuit. Frankly, the Juicy-Juice they use these days for lethal injections works great -- as long as you deliver it right.
