Gruss, you can keep mumbling this line to yourself day after day, but
the reality is that neither party has had full control of Congress -
meaning a 60 vote majority n the Senate - for as long as I can
remember. Democrats and Republicans alike have used the rules in the
Senate to block legislation they didn't like. Democrats have been
blocking regulation of Fannie and Freddie, and now we're paying for
their intransigence.
