To me that really goes back to the fact that, without a 60 vote majority in the Senate, the majority party only has limited power. They can't pass legislation without members of the opposition. What they can do- about the only thing they can do on their own- is hold hearings, which is why we've seen so many Congressional hearings over the last two years. All kidding aside, I don't think anyone really knows what happened yet, and it might be years before anyone figures it out. We can spend all day and night bashing Congress, the President, and Wall Street, but they only bear part of the responsibility. Everyone, and I mean everyone, partied hard on borrowed money, and we're all paying the price now. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:270292 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
