New Mexico probably gets the majority of their gasoline from the El Paso
pipeline.  Here in Phoenix, we have two pipeline that supply us (one from El
Paso and one from Los Angeles).  Our gas appears to be fine supply wise and
has been going down in price since July.  We're currently hovering around
the $3.30 mark with some below and some above...
