Again, +1. This election has already been identified as an anti-incumbent election. With the votes on this bill, I think we're going to see a *total* shift in the makeup of both House and Senate. I don't know of one person who is happy with the path of this "Bailout package." Even more, there are LOTS of constituents that are furious with their elected officials for completely ignoring their calls. It doesn't take an investigation to show the true character of the elected body in Washington, it takes a vote on an issue like this.
