ok. I do not think it will happen. But that bill is so toxic that not passing it is still healthier. Notice that no alternatives at all have been explored. None. Notice that one guy gets to decided how to spend all of that money, where and how he chooses. Notice that the guy who gets to do this used to work for Goldman Sachs, and apparently did an *awesome* job over there, eh?
