There are plenty of things to disagree with her on. And I'm pretty sure that
this list has discussed several of them.

As for why this is an issue, I personally think it is important to know
where my leaders (or potential leaders) get their information from. It helps
shape their world view.  If you only get your information from dailykos or
free republic, for instance, that will tend to focus your thinking on a
particular set of issues. If you split your time between the International
Herald Tribune, Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor and NYT, you'll
get a different set of perspectives to cogitate on.

I'd love to see Obama's answer to this question, actually. I think it could
be illuminating.  And finally, I'm bothered by her answer because she was a
journalism major in college.  I'd like to think she could speak more
directly to that question than any of the others considering her background.
Ah well.
