I've seen them rising and some really nice ones come up for places like Lexis Nexis 
(need to move to Ill.) and a bank or two. Full time and contracts. I'm not going into 
.net at the moment nor to hard core into the compiled languages. On the other hand, 
I'm increasing my skills in the following 4 (other than CF):
Javascript (a must for UI)
RegEx (string processing)
Flash (you'll see)
Action script (with flash)
