Talent + experience = competence

The "talent" the next president needs is 3 fold:

(1.) Critical thinking to assess patterns and design broad-based
innovative solutions. Obama has an impeccable decades long resume w/
this skill. McCain is an admitted "gut" decision maker and in his
largest decision, VP, he proved that yet again by picking Palin.

(2.) Sell, Sell, Sell. If America is going to address her problems
and design real solution they're going to be painful. The next
President will need to be a penultimate communicator. Obama has
proven that in spades, McCain speaking ability is self-acknowledged to
be poor.

(3.) Assemble a top notch team & execute. Again, Obama has a decades
long resume in doing this; most recently with his campaign team that
has unquestionably made historic accomplishments in taking Obama,
beating Hillary, and putting him in contention for the Whitehouse. If
that's not a multi-year executive track record of success I don't know
what is.

All of that is my opinion of course. I understand you see things
differently, but then you have an almost decade long record of failure
in your political selections while I do not.
