Guys like Pickens have to be in.  I've never read the prospectus for BP
Capital but most AAM funds contain a clause that that indicates how much %
of the capital has to be invested at all times (or whatever period they
decide).  I don't really know why they would include this clause as it
hampers a lot of flexibility but my best guess is to stop hedge funds from
sitting on capital and just taking their mgt fee with no risk or reward.
